I've wanted chickens for years, and frequented this forum to learn as much as possible. I've finally taken the plunge and have 4 of the sweetest Buff Orpingtons ever! They are 4 weeks old and have sooo much personality... I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. I look forward to learning and sharing more!

Welcome to Backyard Chickens. Buff Orps are a very popular breed & rightly so. Looks like they need a bigger brooder box- they will be flying out everywhere.
You can't see it in this pic, but I have a roll of screen draped over their brooder, so they can stretch their wings without getting loose. That said, they have nearly outgrown their space, but due to weather, I need to keep them inside for another 7-10 days. Since their brooder is my garden tub (!!!) I'm quite anxious for them to get more feathers, or the weather to warm, or both!
