Longest you've stored eggs before incubating and had a decent hatch?

The wine cooler I bought has 3 wire trays of course used to store wine bottles which if left the way they were peafowl eggs wouldn't stay on then. So I made hardware cloth pieces much similar to a box without a top.The sides all the way around each tray is about 2" high so eggs won't roll off. My cooler is digital controlled from 55 degrees up to 85 degrees. I bought it new off e-bay from California for less than 100 bucks including shipping. Each tray will hold about 25 eggs, and the very bottom of the cooler is used for a cold bottle of vino or 2,or 3. Only thing I don't like is if we lose power it defaults to 55 degrees once power is restored.

Thats very similar to mine here except my top 3 racks are closer together and mine is made by SPT. Cabbage on to it quick!! Mine does not have "presets",rather a "+" and "-" sign you hold to set the temp you want. I would ask what the range of temps are tho.Good red concord grape is best chilled at 55 degrees,,mine also has a lite inside it for added convenience,whether it's getting eggs out,or securing the correct bottle of Merlot for the hatch-a-longs.
