I just had to share photos of my 4-5 day old pullets. The black girls are Barred Plymouth Rocks and the multicolored girl is supposedly an Ameraucana (although I question that).

This is Yuki. She is identified by the white patch on her left wing.

This is Miku. She is identified by the tiny white specks around her eyes.

This is Hana. She is obviously the easiest to identify because she doesn't look anything like Yuki and Miku.

This is just a cute little family shot of my new baby girls.

These babies are so much fun to watch, and I am addicted! Dear little Hana was jumping all over the place when I was trying to take the pictures because she didn't like the flash. It was hilarious to watch.

I hope everyone enjoys the photos.

They are little sweeties...And in the basket just in time for Easter too.

Gorgeous pics and gorgeous chicks too..

Aww, they are so cute! I have two buff orp pullets, and I can't tell who's who, so I named them both GOLDY!

My son say's what's her name "Goldy." Ok, what's the other one's name...."Goldy." It gets a good laugh!

Thank you everyone! I used to wonder why people kept chickens as pets, but since I joined this forum I kind of understood. Once I got my 3 little fuzzy butts last week I completely understood. Not only are they adorable, they are so amusing. I can already see them starting to develop their own personalities. I love telling people about my babies, and educating friends about how wonderful these creatures are. I'm not so sure they aren't more amusing than my 3 mini dachshunds and my dachshund/pomeranian mix.
