Look what I had waiting for me when I got Home

I got home from work yesturday and look what my husband had waiting for me

They are Silver Appleyards. They are so pretty. I know that the pics arn't very good, but he just got home and put them in the pen, since the muscovies are having issues getting used to them. They are only 6 months old, so next spring they should be laying really good!

He also had a pen full of barred rocks and a couple bantam rhode islands for my DD5

I love birthdays! just to bad my real ones aren't that great lol he took the girls to the show by themselves, the girls are 3 and 5, so i'm really surprised that they didn't come home with more than what they did

Pretty birds. I have 4 Silver Appleyards that I got as hatchlings this year. They are just reaching maturity and starting some breeding behavior. I am looking forward to breeding them in the spring.
