I think they are looking to aquire some chickens for free, at least thats how I take it.

. If you live in blairstown NJ there is an agway that usually has some in an ad on the bulletin board. Also check craigslist. I see a few in there form time to time.

I have some extra roosters that REALLY need a good home. (And by good I mean some place that won't eat them

.) I have golden sebrights and white silkies, so they're more ornamental that food. Though the silkies are edible, I'd prefer they weren't. I've grown attached to them.
