Sorry about your roo. I’m not anywhere near you, but you should check Adopt A Bird Network. They are on Facebook and other places online I’m sure. They always have roosters looking for homes, there’s probably some in your area.

What kind of rooster are you wanting? I'm a couple hours from you and have a year old EE I'd be happy to give you, since I have some younger chicks that look like they're roosters, and don't need that many. Plus at this point half my chickens are children of this EE rooster, so he's done his duty here.
