Good morning!

I was sent a lot of extra roosters with a recent order. I cannot butcher them myself because basically I don't have the guts to do it. I have been looking for someone and having a heck of a time finding someone to even lead me to someone who can help me with butchering and processing my roosters.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

Hi there. I live in Greenville, an hour and a half south of you. We use Surgeon's in Sandy Lake. They do a good job and a very affordable.

Do you have any more information on them? I tried to google it and cannot find anything.

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. Here's the card. They're seasonal and you need an appt. When the owner asks you if you want them "packed for the freezer" she means put in a plastic bag. Lol.

Some people like me just bring a cooler for them to be put in (I vacuum seal at home). They do a really good job.
