i dont know if you know but callahans general store always has some adults and babies look them up they order from ideal love that place! only thing i dont really like is how the adults looked last time i was there never gotten an adult chicken from there

Yes I’ve always bought my bigger ladies from there but they seem to take a while to begin laying, is that normal? Normally they take 2-3 months to start

if they are already grown i don't know why it would take that long maybe change in environment but I don't really know

I've never had a bad experience aside from a little chick mix up but other than that they were always really healthy

Someone has posted "Dallas/FW 2 free hens" in this forum within the last week or so; check with that person to see if their situation works for you. Hope it does!
