Looking for EE roo confirmation

Is there any chance this 10 wk EE is a pullet? I'm thinking no.

It looks like it could be a rooster, but the comb is still pretty pale. Look for how it walks. A thick, long legged chicken that walks with hard steps and seems bold is probably a rooster. They tend to stand straighter up as well.

This one could go either way. If it is a roo, the male saddle feathers should start coming in by around 12 to 13 weeks old.

I had a feeling that's what you all would say. Have I read that most roosters also stay narrower? Prince Angel is definitely narrower then the rest.
