I'm not finding much info on egg turners for that specific incubator. You may want to contact the manufacturer to see if they have any suggestions.
Another option would be to take inside measurements and determine if another brand of turner would fit.
I know on Etsy, there's various sellers/offerings of custom turner inserts for an incubator like the NR 360. I assume they are 3D printed, so it may be something one of those people could make for you if you can give them specifics about your incubator, worth a try if all else fails.
