Looking for Emu or Ostrich chick for the end of August

I am trying to find an emu or ostrich chick for the end of August. I have learned that emu chicks are probably not available at that time of year, but wondered if anyone knew where I could find an ostrich chick? I live in WV so I can pick up in WV, VA, OH, NC, PA and have a friend that can pick up in IN, IL, or MI. Also open to picking up in other areas depending on distance.
