Looking for Farm that does Meat chickens in Philly & suburbs

My cousin lives in the Philadelphia area and is looking for someone who raises Meat chickens along with other organic meat. Her husband is fighting some personal health issues and is looking to get NON store bought meat possibly organic!

Do any of you know of any Farms in that area? I put it under this section figuring this is the best place for it! LOL
Oh, and they can not raise it themselves!
