Was wondering if any one had any hatching Pheasant eggs that they would sell? Would like to surprise my Brother in law with them.

Probably more toward end of March and April... they are fussy with their laying. Some in the south may still be getting some, but they are seasonal layers.
Good Luck!

I have been tossing around the idea of obtaining a few ring neck phesants for our stat fair this year... my problem is I dont knw how noisy these boy birds can be... is this a issue? how much noise do they make when compared to a coturnix and a chicken rooster? I can not have a chicken rooster they make to much noise..... so what do you all think are they really noise or should I be ok with them?

Hi AK,
Pheasants are only noisy during breeding season and then they are not loud.As far as putting pheasants into a fair. They are very nervous birds and would more then likely bounce all over hurting or killing themselves. These are gamebirds not even close to a chicken. It's very hard to find calm pheasants, not impossible but hard.
