We have a hoop tractor , nesting boxes on back wall , all screen with a tarp over half , about .. I’ll go take pictures for you ..we pull it with the John. Deer everyday

Portable coop ideas.

Glad you joined the flock. There's tons of information on everything feathered here. Or just some friends if that's what you want. Look in the coop and run design area. Do you have chickens already or are you looking to get some? How many? Where are you located? There are a few things that need to be considered for a good coop. Weather, predators, and size of the flock are big ones. Average, you should have 4 sq ft of coop space and 10 sq ft of run. Oversized is better than undersized. Especially if you don't plan to free range.

Doing meat birds myself right now, 6x10 hoop house. The space we are using and moving it on Daily is not smoth, having eascape issues. Hoping that goes away as they mature.
