Looking for processor in south florida

I live far south in florida and I cannot find a local processor for my excess boys, does anyone know of a place or a person who does this in my area. I can go as far north as Broward county, but further than that doesn't really make much sense.

I have culled myself and i just plain don't like it, i did several hoping it would get easier but so far it hasn't...

Look around on Craig's list, and on local bulletin boards, also, see if there are any small butchers in your area. There is a small slaughter house outside my town that will do all of the processing for people.

Thanks, I did lookup to see if there are any small butchers in the area, but haven't called them yet.. it doesn't look hopeful though..

Are there any "traditional" communities around you? Not sure what to call them, but Amish, or Mennonite etc? You could ask them.

Maybe ask at your local mom and pop type feed store, if they have any ideas.

I found a neighborhood kid that hunts, eats and skins squirrels.

He is WONDERFUL! I just point out which animal I want processed and he does all of the work. He works for the price of cookies.

My dad would always call his cousins. My dad would shoot a deer, than call the cousins to come over and process it for us. They got some of the meat as payment.
