Looking For Red Golden Hens

I have seven, two and a half month old Red Golden pheasants that I hatched out from eggs I bought on ebay. I was hoping to eventually sell eggs and chicks that I get from them, problem is I'm almost positive they are all males. I was wondering where I could find someone with hens, either to buy from them or swap for some of my males.

You can tell if they are males by looking at the iris(around the eye),the males will be blue or cream in color and the hens brown.

They all have the cream color around the iris.

At 2 1/2 months the males should have spurs.
