Looking for SQ or BQ White Silkies - Louisville, Ky

I am looking for a pair or at least a mature male white silkie. Would also consider Black or Blue, but really need the whites.

I have a buddy that has lots of Silkies. Not sure what colors, I will check with him and get back to you. He is about 30 south of you.

Yolanda, did you look at the pictures that Justusnak posted of her rescued silkies? I think she has a couple white roos. And she's not very far from Louisville.

Yes,I looked, but it was hard to tell from photos about quality. I've been showing a couple of hens and getting BV with one of them, and I really want to work on improving the crests and toe placement. I was hoping to avoid shipping, but really need to get googd stock. If you have seen them, or anyone can tell me more about the quality of the stock, I would consider the rescued birds.
