Looking for the name of the hatchery in Pa with cheap meat chicks

Hi, I was reading one of these threads and someone scanned in a sales order sheet for a hatchery in Pa with really cheap meat chickens. Like under a dollar per chick.

I can't remember which thread had that information. Anyone remember this?
