Looks like white chalk around the vent

For the last few days I've noticed a build up of what looks like white chalk around the vent area. I've also noticed a bloody coloured poo today.

In herself she seems fine, running around although I have noticed her sitting down quite a lot more. She has not laid for a while either. She is about 2 1/2 years old.

Just wondered what this could be.

Have you felt the area around the vent ? She maybe egg bound. My girl is egg bound & I could feel the egg just behind the vent .I took my girl to the vet the vet said the area around the egg was real dry. So he lubed the egg inside her.
