Hi. I have a Wyandotte that is about 6 weeks old. She is staying in the corner of the coop, she isnt walking around much, but will. She looks like she might be limping a little bit and walking slow. She is keeping her neck in and looks puffy. When I first put my chickens in the coop there was a small opening (was getting ready to fix it) and one got out and my dog went after her. I believe it to be this one. At the time everyone seemed fine. Now I wonder if my dog hurt her. This morning I tried feeding her some treats but she didnt eat them. What should I do?

Check her crop - mine was doing that before we picked her up and realized she has Sour (or maybe Impacted - hopefully not!) Crop. Other than that, I have no idea. Good luck with your chickie.

If it's Sour Crop, I can at least empathize with you...
