Losing 5 day olds, Need advice

I had a broody hatch on the 20th, they were not doing well in the coop lost one during the night and another this morning. I have brought them in and set up a brooder, made some warm sugar water and some baby rice cereal and tried feeding them with an eye dropper. Five are doing well, but I have three that aren't, Is there anything else I can try? THX

Keep them warm and get them on some baby chick starter. Did momma hen have access to baby chick starter and water outside? Human baby food isn't enough for them.

The five that are doing well are eating the chick starter, just wasn't sure what I could do to save the three that aren't doing so well. I have a heat light on them. Guess all I can do is wait and see. Thanks

Well they are chirping up a storm and I just caught the three little ones at the waterer, soooo maybe I got to them in time.
