Losing feathers

I have a chicken that seems healthy but lost all the feathers off of her back this winter. I got some feather fixer to feed them & it seemed to help.i had never seen a chicken molt this much. Now she has no feathers all around her crop .i ve been watching and the others don’t seem to be pecking her.shes the bully.any idea what can be going on here? I have 20 birds & shes the only one doing this. Would appreciate some input

Do you have a rooster? What is your rooster to hen ratio? It looks like overbreeding damage.

Have you checked her really well for mites or lice?

I used coconut oil for loss off feathers,benonite clay under their hay and wood chips then the clay rubbed into them to ward off mites. they are due a bath with all that I said above done all over again but to tired today.

Did they all molt and this one is the only one that didn't grow back feathers?

I am treating her for mites & all the nesting boxes. Not taking any chances

that looks like picking damage. even if she's a bully it becomes a sort of dare to pick on her.
