What's happening to her
She is three years old and is a Easter egger
She is losing feathers and face is yellow

Is she laying eggs?
Could it be from a rooster that over breeds her?
Is her behavior normal otherwise? It could be an early molt but it's typically Autumn before that occurs.
What are you feeding her, including treats?

I'm also in Oklahoma and have one hen that's also molting. (Just a note, she's the bottom of the pecking order - I don't know if that added stress had anything to do with it) I put it to the EXTREME heat and intense sun we had last week which even killed some normally hardy plants. Mine's not pale like yours though. But she has stopped laying while concentrating on growing in new feathers. Otherwise, mine is behaving normally. I hope both yours and mine recover fully .

Yes she eats well and seems otherwise healthy
I put her in a separate pin thanking she maybe getting picked on
She was with three other hens

Is she able to see the other three for company?
Since she is eating and acting otherwise healthy, if you free range, I would let them all out together and watch the interactions and her behavior to ensure she is acting normal while out roaming.
Have you checked for lice and mites as suggested?
How is she today?
