Losing tail feathers and now lame leg. Please help

For about two weeks now ive had a hen losing tail feathers. The area is getting very irritated looking now. Now yesterday I notice she was lying down alot and found some type of sore on her leg. I assumed it was some kind of mites or lice so I did a very thorough cleaning of the coop. Treated it with Seven and allowed it to dry completely. Then I dusted the coop with poultry dust along with all of the hens. Also put Neosporin on the leg today. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Thank you. Im trying to attach photos but it says I dont have permission. I have photos of the tail and the leg if anyone is willing to look I can email. Thanks

Thank you for getting pic on. The second photo is not the vent area it is above the tail feathers. She is losing feathers around the vent area and her belly but not as irritated as the area above tail.

Also. It hasnt seem to affected her eating or drinking aside from the fact that she would rather be lying down than standing eating. She definately get up and comes to me when I bring out food.
