So I have six eggs eggs now on day 20. Friday night I raised the humidity to 70 for lockdown. Last night I went to check on them and someone had taken the lid off the incubator and the humidity had gotten down to 30. It was probably one of my kids, and it it was probably only for an hour or to because I check them regularly.
Is this likely to effect my hatch?

Shouldn't. bother your hatch for that short of time. As long as none were externally pipped.

If you want it back up place some warm water in it and it will rebound quickly.

Good luck on hatch

As long as the chicks were viable and strong until this point this should be a minor hic-cup in your hatch. However, at 20 days, I'm surprised you don't have signs of internal/external pips at this time. Usually, I have at least one early bird who pips a day early, the bulk of the chicks hatch on day 21, and a couple stragglers.
