Lost 1 how do I save the other?

Had 2 silkies have problems pooping I think it wasn't pasty butt but when I can home 2 had been pecked in the butt to the point of bleeding thought I could seperate them well now I think it is something else then just the pecking one died and the there isn't as alert I think it's like pasty butt but they have constipation from the inside maybe idk I had seperated them cleaned off there rear and haven't gotten better here is a pic if that helps!

Help I'm losing another it's number 3 now idk what this is it's like they get constipated and poop. Little white past they plugs up there butt and it's not pasty butt I know how to fix that

I read up on it and it said vent gleet if this sounds right?
