:( Lost 2 chickens this week...What could it be?

Something has gotten into my coop this week and has gotten two of my hens, two different times. I live in Central Florida. All that remains is feathers, nothing else. I don't know if it is the same predator but eggs are also being eaten, leaving broken shells in the nesting boxes. My remaining hens are completely stressed out and molting like crazy.

Please help.

Sounds like a fox. They usually flee the scene with their prey... Can you tell where it got in?
