We lost two chickens the other night. Throughout the summer we got lazy and stopped going down and closing their door at night. Well a raccoon got in there and killed two birds. Very sad and agravating. Needless to say, I go down every night now and make sure the door to the run is coon proof. And so far so good.
But now that it knows there is a meal in there... what else can I do to protect my flock
