Lost chicken!

Hi my one Plymouth Rock chicken got out of my yard somehow last night when my sisters dog scared her. We spent hours searching and I left the coop open last night until around 11. She still isn't back this morning. They are about 5 months old. I am very upset so any help would be appreciated.

Did your chicken ever return? Unfortunately I don't think you can do anything but hope and wait.

Yes! She returned yesterday midmorning and is happily reunited with her sisters. Thanks

Chickens can get a fair distance away if scared...Something could of gotten to her?
