Lost one today - how do I replace

We lost our Speckeled Sussux today. She was one of 4 birds. I would like to replace her but I am concerned about bringing just one into the flock. I am also concerned should there be a waiting period before introducing a new bird.

When bringing in an adult bird you should always have a 30 day quarrantine to prevent spread of illness. Have you thought about getting three or four chicks.
