Lost our first hen today :( Prolapsed vent? Graphic picture included

Our sweet Betsy was just over 6 months old and had not yet laid an egg. Yesterday she spent 2 hours in the nesting box, but left nothing. This morning we found her dead in the coop. Nothing unusual about her eating/ drinking habits were observed.

Sorry for the loss. I've dealt with prolapse once and it looked a lot worse. Not sure if that's it.
