Went out this morning to feed and water, found one hen had passed away. Found two more this afternoon. They layed eggs so I don't think they were eggbound. It has been over 100 the last few days so the heat is the only thing I can think of. Any other ideas??? Should I keep the eggs? I have three left so suggestions on what to look for are welcome.

Sounds like the heat got them. Can you set up some fans? I have several box fans set up in all the pens, one small fan inside the main coop to circulate air. Ensure there's plenty of fresh water available. I give mine chilled watermelon on occasion, they love it. Eggs are safe unless you gave them some meds.
