Lots of Eggs

I was wondering what everyone does when they have an over abundance of eggs? I have some many now and was considering dehydrating but wasn't sure if there were some other ways to preserve them.

Some people "waterglass" them. I've never done it myself.

I've water glassed eggs. They are good for baking or scrambled eggs. When I crack them open, the yolk always breaks.

I just sell or give away my excess. I've waterglassed but was not crazy about the quality.

We make pickled eggs, waterglass them like Moony said, boiled them and sell them

I sell my excess but I also started waterglassing in case the production slows down. When I have a large supply, I'll make an egg-heavy dish. For example eggnog or southern potato salad. I want to try to make a dessert custard at some point.

Something fun I do is make pasta with the egg yolks, and then use the whites for making meringues or pavlova

You can make egg nog with the yolks and angel food cake with the whites. Twelve each, I believe. Or fritatta or quiche.

It is a good problem to have but, this year they picked up laying earlier than the last few years.
I do give some away, but am trying to keep some for when they slow down in the fall/winter.
I have been watching some videos on water glassing. Thinking about trying it out, just not too sure on trying to hard boil after using that method.
Has anyone ever tried dehydrating them? Was wondering what they were like when you would go to use for cooking or baking.
