What do my Hens want? They seem very hungry. I let them out of there pen all day. 8 am till dark maybe they are bored or they have me trained to feed them on demand. They have been making so much noise and act so hungry. Is this normal? Can I do anything to calm them down? They start early in the am just making so much noise. I am worried my neighbors will complain.

They have layers food and I feed them 3-4 times a day scraps, bird seed, bread, oatmeal with plain yogurt anything I can find to give them.

Most chickens will always act starved for treats, they are bird candy.

Other than that, you should keep your feeders filled with layer or breeder ration at all times-this base ration should always be free choice.

Yep, what Ksacres said.

The feeder is always full. It has rained here the past 2 days. So I had to keep dumping their food cause it got wet. Should I not feed treats so many times a day? maybe I have trained them to beg? They eat more treats than their layer food. and they seem to just love bird food.
They have also dug up my flower bed today. made a huge mess. i figured they were looking for bugs/worms cause of all the rain. their age... I think they were born first week in Aug. so almost 6 months old. one has started laying last week.

They have you trained real well, LOL. Mine have their feed available in the coop all the time. I give them their goodies before I lock them up for the night.
