Love my chickens but need help.

I am new to the backyard chicken world. We have had hens for about two months. We love them but are a little bummed as I just found out they it one have tape worms. I am now very nervous about my family getting them and how to get rid of them. I have tried a few things our local feed store suggested but it hasn't worked. I now feel like getting rid of them but like having them. I need help.

Valbazen is the answer to your problem. You will have to buy it on line probably. Pm dawg53 he knows the dosage. This is not the catastrophy you think it is!

I wouldn't worry about "catching" tapeworms from the chickens. Worms though can debilitate a chicken quickly - worms get the benefit of the chicken feed, and the chickens do not.
