The total size is 6'X3'

The person that built this lives in Temecula CA. Its a husband and wife and they just build them out of their garage.

We bought it for 475.00 (we are not selling it)

I spend many hours researching coops. My husband just didn't have time to build one. There is nothing decent in Orange County and all the prefab ones online seem to be very very cheaply made and more expensive. I think this was a great deal! We are very happy with it
