love sick hen.

Hi All,

I was wondering...Do hens get love sick??

I gave away one of my roos today because I had too many.
One of my hens later acted like she was lost, then at bed time
she had a hard time going to bed.

For those who have had this happen before. Will she get over it.
Is she love sick?

I feel so bad, but I just could not keep three roosters.

I don't have an answer but poor hen! Also, I think that is too cute if she is love sick.

I had three EE pullets and a EE roo that all hatched at the same time. They spent all of their time together and roosted together. He ended up a bit aggressive and got sent on his way. They were lost for about a week not wanting to free range or get on the roosts at night. They have adjusted now it just took some time.
