So I want to keep a few pullet and at least one Cockeral out of a group of 8 chicks can someone help me decide the gender of this one

Ok thank you- I will keep her or him either way but if it's a Cockerel I need to pick out some pullets - but you think in a couple more weeks I will know for sure??
