Loving, Spoiled Rooster in need of a home

Hello,

My name is Megan and I received some chicks back in Oct/Nov from my sister who thought she would gift me some since I always wanted to try and raise chicks for eggs. It turns out that two of them are roosters (I think) I know for sure one is, he is so spoiled, he makes noise until I come out and feed him strawberries and bananas and sit with him, then he goes back on his house and sleeps till I leave. He is quiet the rest of the day but this happens every day at 5am - 5:30am. I live in Brooklyn and I just found out that it is illegal to have roosters in Brooklyn . I love this rooster soo much, until just a month ago, he was in the basement so if he made noise it was okay with us but now he is in the yard and people are starting to ask me about him, I don't want him taken away and was wondering if anyone can provide a home for him in Pennsylvania, I will drive him to your destination at my expense, I just want him to be happy. I will go as far as Maryland if I have to. Please let me know.
