Low humidity... Help!!!

Hi,
Today I noticed that my humidity for my duck eggs had gotten to 21% for a few hours!!! I quickly fixed the problem, and sprayed them with water. They are on day 17. Will they be ok?

Probably be fine if it was just a few hours. It takes quite a while for an egg to dry out if it isn't externally pipped.
