Lowest hatching egg storing temp

I got a few eggs from a free range farm today and they were big, beautiful dark browns and giant blue eggs. I wanted to incubate a couple after i cracked a few and saw some chances of fertility but am afraid that the temperature they were kept at killed them. What is the lowest temp that would kill the embryo before incubation?

I don't know about long term but about 30 F won't kill the embryo for a couple hours. Long term you want them to be over 50F.

The eggs can still be viable as long as the eggs weren't cold enough long enough to form ice crystals in the yolk and albumen.
