Lowest Temp

Really need to get my 300 meat birds outside but the temps in the morning are going to be around 38. What is the lowest these birds can stand? They are 4.5 weeks old and fully feathered.

If they are fully feathered, I wouldn't worry so much about temps. 38 is a bit low.
I would just watch to make sure they aren't crowding too much to warm up, they can crowd but any weaker ones will end up as pancakes.
