Luck with hatching Chocolate or Jubilee Orpingtons?

I've been trying to hatch chocolate and jubilee Orpingtons with not much success. Out of 16 chocolate eggs and 16 jubilee eggs I had one Choco hatch. They were pretty expensive eggs, of course. I normally have a hatch rate of 95% so I'm wondering if I'm getting bad eggs or if this is just a tough breed to hatch. Any opinions or guesses? I'm all ears. Also, if you know or have any for sale I am interested.
