I have posted in the past about my elderly rough collie's health. I am even suprised that she is still with me. I got my chickens early as I know she likes them and she loves them having them in the garden is forcing her to go up the steps (not steep and I knew she could get up them) to get her fix of chick tv. I have now found out how to get large amounts of food in her. It doesn't take expensive food all it takes is me spooning it in her bowl a bit at a time. I do know she is having me on but at her age don't you think a bit of pampering is a right? It also means she is eating between 14 - 21 ounces of dog food a day and is gaining weight after she lost so much pining for my mother.
