lump/mass under 2wk old coturnix quail vent

hi everyone, i have a 2 week old coturnix quail chick. it eats, drinks, poops, and behaves fine but has a lump right under its vent/cloaca. it isn’t dried poop or a scab or anything, its internal. it moves when i touch it and it doesn’t seem to bother the chick. it feels like a tiny rubber ball. does anyone know what this is and how to help/fix it??
