Lump on face, is it respiratory infection?

My Australorp, Jolene just developed a lump in her face within the past day (see picture attached). I'm wondering if it's a respiratory infection and if so, should I preemptively treat the whole flock?

I have amoxy-tyl powder (tylosin and amoxicillin) on hand.

Can you see any bubbles or foam in the eye? The Tylosin in your antibiotic can treat MG (mycoplasma) symptoms. Amoxicillin won’t work on the MG organism since it lacks a cell wall.

No bubbles, but she is a little bit wheezy. I brought her inside for the night and gave her water with the amoxy-tyl.
