lumps between front breast and neck....

Of course, all of my chickens have them, kinda like the breast.. but a little higher. One chicken however has this to the left side. Any idea what this could be? She doesn't seem to mind it. We checked all the other hens and they all have it... it's just centered. They all all different breeds. Thanks for the help.. hope this isn't something so easy I look silly!

Does it flatten out overnight? It sure sounds like the crop to me. Chickens eat, process the food in the crop and then it goes onward.
