Lung scraper

I went to Gander Mountain in Knoxville and they don't carry items like this anymore. I wear gloves while pulling guts out but I have the worst time getting the lungs and the kidneys to come loose without tearing them apart. What have you used besides finger nails and lung scrapers that are easier to find and buy? I hate looking for things on amazon/ebay.
