Hello and Welcome! I recently got 2 ducks a blue Sweden and white crested I think its called they are sweet and really fun! We created a fenced in run with a roof and a large dog house for their shelter we made the run large enough to hold their pool they are big enough now to enjoy the pool and are in it what seems like all the time its really fun to watch them dive in the water and you can see they are having so much fun! We also made a wide ramp so they can get in and out easily. The shed sounds like a great idea! I have found so much great advice here on keeping ducks

Hello, and welcome to BYC! I'm so glad you decided to join our friendly and helpful community. out of all the breeds you had listed, the one I would not go with his pekin. Since they're used for meat, they grow quickly and end up pretty heavy, and often develop leg/foot problems.
It wasn't on your list, but runner ducks are my personal favorite. They're small and good foragers, and lay plenty of eggs.
