Lyon Incubator Potentiometer Part Number

I currently have a Lyon Roll-X Incubator. With Lyon now being out of business, I would like to gather a parts list for them. My incubator currently needs a new potentiometer. I’m looking for the part number for the 10 Turn potentiometer they were using on the final generation. I will add a few part numbers I have gathered later as well (not many). If anyone is willing to take a peek at their potentiometer for the part number, I would greatly appreciate it. Hopefully, this can be a thread where we can gather all the part numbers and keep these running for years to come. Thank you.
